What are the sticker sheets made from?

Each listing states its exact material. Current sticker sheets are printed on vinyl sticker paper and kiss-cut for easy peeling.

Are the sheets waterproof?

Sticker sheets are water-resistant and can handle light splashes. They are best for indoor paper crafts and are not soak-proof, dishwasher-safe, or intended for repeated moisture exposure.

How long does processing take?

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be carefully prepared before it ships. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. During seasonal drops or higher-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Where do you ship?

Little Ommani Paperie currently ships within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because items are prepared in small batches, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be approved before an order has been packed or shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when applicable. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

What if my package is delayed or cannot be found?

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. If tracking has not updated for several business days or your package appears to be missing, please reach out and we will help you review the available next steps.

Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?

Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen and from the product photos due to monitor settings, lighting, printer ink, and paper finish. Every effort is made to represent each sticker sheet as accurately as possible.
