Returns and exchanges

Because items are prepared in small batches, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be approved before an order has been packed or shipped.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when applicable. We'll review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Colors and screen display

Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen and from the product photos due to monitor settings, lighting, printer ink, and paper finish. Every effort is made to represent each sticker sheet as accurately as possible.
